George Key School

 

For nearly three decades Yorba Linda Rotarians have provided a holiday party for children and young adults at George Key School in Placentia. The mission of the school is to prepare students with special needs to integrate successfully into the adult world. Each December, Rotarians host a holiday party where every student receives a gift from Santa. A luncheon is held with Rotarians and students sharing a meal, witnessing the arrival of Santa Claus, and enjoying the delight on each child's face when Santa delivers his/her gift. The Rotary Club also makes a donation directly to the school for much needed equipment and supplies.
